    Salary - £90,000 to £100,000 (dependent on experience)

    We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our leadership team. As an organisation working closely with General Practice, Primary Care Networks, Integrated Care Systems and other health and care partners, Camden Health Partners are both a supportive community, direct services provider and an innovator enabling change.

    Over the past 10 years or so, we have established strong networks of individuals, professionals and partners who share our vision. Together we have secured funding to provide high quality services for patients and transformational projects to support the people who care for them.

    This is an exciting time to be part of CHP and offers the opportunity to maximise on the transformation we have already begun through our current five-year strategic plan and really shape our vision of the world we want to create, through the articulation of an updated strategy. We are looking for a Finance Director who will take us on this next stage of our journey, as we seek to grow our influence even further.

    As Finance Director you will have overall responsibility for the financial management, control, and financial strategy of the organisation. You will provide strong leadership and direction to our finance, contracting and commercial functions and expert advice to the Board. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to lead on a range of key projects that could include developing our digital strategy, taking forward newly commissioned services, or research and development projects such as digital NHS health checks.

    We are looking for a credible and well-rounded finance leader, who can lead our finance function in a dynamic and evolving environment. Suitable candidates will be comfortable working at Board level and will ideally have previous experience working will colleagues in general practice/ primary care.
