**Cloud Support Engineer£50,000 + Benefits**
Cirencester
With over 15 years of experience bringing innovative technology to businesses, our client provides an exceptional level of service to their customers.
They are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to join them in their Cirencester office, on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships in conjunction with delivery teams
- Work with service desk toolset to resolve issues for customers
- Ensure the cloud platform is maintained according to service requirements
- Assist with customer service delivery reporting
- Act as the 'end of the line' for support requests, providing L3 technical support
- Monitor infrastructure performance
- Provide documentation, training, mentorship, and guidance to junior colleagues
- Work with support third parties to resolve customer issues
- Build and maintain a welldocumented infrastructure architecture for cloud solutions
Skills/ Experience:
- Knowledge of VMware and AHV, with LAN networking skills, including Mellanox, Cisco, and firewalls
- Experience supporting Nutanix platforms at level 3, or equivalent
- Knowledge of AOS, and AOS management
- Ability to create, maintain, and update documentation
