- Supporting NGS technology development, including development of biochemistry and molecular biology modules.
- Designing of experiments for the development of the technology and execution in a timely manner
- Provide detailed write ups of experiments, complete with analysis of data
- Participate in the integration of the assay chemistries into the automated processers
- Effective management of required documentation in accordance with company quality management system and ISO 13485 standards
- BSc (or equivalent) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline.
- Proven and in-depth knowledge of standard molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction and PCR
- Proficiency with biochemistry techniques
- Ability to design, troubleshoot, perform and analyse experiments
- Ability to generate high quality experimental output and analysis
- Knowledge of NGS workflows would be advantageous, primarily on the sample preparation/ NGS library preparation methods
