Internal Sales Coordinator - Sheffield - Up to £25,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a well-established, leading supplier in their specialist field who are actively seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join their dedicated team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills to join a thriving business, working closely with the external sales team to streamline the customers order process ensuring a high standard of service.

Internal Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

Supporting customers with advice on most suitable solutions and products
Updating and maintaining the system ensuring accurate data input
Raising quotations and following them up
Providing technical support on products and ranges when necessary
Processing orders through on the system
Keeping customers updated with order progress

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience within a similar role
Excellent administration and IT skills
Ability to build and develop strong working relationships
Ambitious with an enthusiastic attitude to learn
Selfstarter with excellent organisational skills
