    Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the talent needs of our Commercial Real Estate division.


    • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and develop precise recruitment strategies.
    • Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates, including social media, networking events, and databases.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
    • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the firm and attract potential candidates.
    • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.
    Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role within the Commercial Real Estate sector.


    • A solid understanding of the commercial real estate market and its key players.
    • Strong networking capabilities and extensive experience using social media and other platforms for recruitment purposes.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong
    Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.


    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
