Positive Participation is an award-winning provider of mental health and wellbeing services for all age service users in Wolverhampton. We have been established since 2003. We offer conventional and culturally adapted mental health and wellbeing services for children, adults & older adults Dementia Services. We also deliver services for family and children's holiday activities.

Our objectives are to improve and prevent mental ill health, maintain wellbeing, provide social activities and a safe space for service users.

Our activities are available both face to face and over the phone, across the week including some evenings and weekends.


Responsible to the Practitioner Manager


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Coordinate actions & plan diaries
  • Organise & facilitate meetings whether facetoface or virtual (must be proficient in the use of MS teams as well as Zoom)
  • Liaise with internal & external partners as well as other organisations to coordinate projects
  • Update databases to monitor & report progress to manager
  • Manage day to day finances
  • Car driver desirable as will need to work from multiple sites occasionally.
  • Assist with administration linked to projects including final production of reports, proposals and presentations including invoicing or copying and filing of records manually and digitally.
  • As you will be handling sensitive information it is extremely important you are aware and follow our strict confidential Policy & Procedures in line with current GDPR.

Experience
Experience of working in the health and social care sector - Desirable

Qualifications
Qualifications in health and social care or equivalent/Psychology graduate. - Desirable

IT Literate on MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook & OneDrive. - Essential

Ability to keep calm and work professionally when under pressure - Essential

Works effectively, & independently to meet deadlines. - Essential
