Job Description:


Services Supervisor Opportunity for one of BaxterStorey's prime locations

£30,000 per annum plus great benefits

Fully flexible. Nights and Day shifts needed

We are always looking for talented individuals to work at BaxterStorey and this position requires just that.

Our location at Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre in Enfield is looking for a services supervisor who will run the onsite hotel out of hours. Tasks included will be housekeeping, security, food and beverage, concierge, luggage duties and reception. It is a challenging role as when you arent at Tottenham you will be working at our other sites in the central region.

Tasks include:


  • Develop and implement practices to improve the overall customer experience at the site.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide service at the on site hotel for security, catering, housekeeping, reception, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Proactively engage with the client to understand their needs and requests.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during stays and events, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:


  • Detailoriented and high level of accuracy
  • Proven experience in customer relations management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Flexibility and happy to work night and day shifts if needed.
