What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Credit Administration
- To create the LIBOR transition client communication progress report biweekly and attend the LIBOR client communication subcommittee meeting.
- To carry out such other duties as requested by the General Managers, and the Head of Department.
- To assist in the establishment and maintenance of the database used for portfolio management, asset management, risk management, performance monitoring and forecast
- To handle credit ratings management and monitoring through close communication
- To assist in monitoring and figure management of the Branch's credit business performance
- To provide assistance in reporting the Branch's credit business performance, forecast and credit quality indicators to Head Office and Senior Management
- To compile relevant information and make the monitoring report for the Sub-Portfolio Guideline/Limit or monitoring points on each creditee set by Head Office.
- To assist with the design, testing and implementation of frameworks and systems for portfolio/risk management, asset management, performance monitoring, and business planning.
- To provide support to the Head of Department in reporting portfolio/risk management and profit performance and asset management business performance to the senior management
- To assist across the credit front area in the creation of documentation on credit analysis relating to each borrower and obligor through checking required documents.
- To provide support to the Head of Department in establishing loan agent function within the department, and execute its operations
- To carry out such other duties as requested by senior management
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- 'A' level qualifications preferred.
- Good PC skills, particularly with MS-Access and MS-Excel.
- A strong aptitude for statistics, coupled with previous experience in the financial sector, credit rating monitoring.
