They manufacture world class heavy plant machinery used in the mining and quarrying industry. With over 25 years experience manufacturing machinery, they have placed themselves as a house hold name within the industry.

What you'll do Daily meetings with the production planner to organise and prioritise jobs and cover any issues or delays Lead a team of up to 20 employees Documenting ECR notes, record changes to production, technical support in processes Product manufacturing development to make processes as smooth and efficient as possible Overall supervision of production employees Drive the quality standards Allocating work to the production employees Responsibility for induction processes Opening and closing of the factory About you 2-3 years experience at supervisory level in a manufacturing/engineering environment A confident leader with experience of leading teams of 15-20 people Have the ability to resolve problems and be adaptable to change Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Must have hands on Engineering experience For further information on this job, or any other Engineering roles in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact for a confidential chat today.
