    About the role

    We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our Sales team at The ECA International Group. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting our clients, introducing them to our products and services, and closing sales deals.

    You will be provided with a list of leads and will need to effectively communicate the value of our offerings, address any questions or concerns, and ultimately convert prospects into customers.

    As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's growth by meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building connections over the phone.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Calling existing and potential customers informing them of our products and services.
    • Accurately recording details of customers purpose orders
    • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers are satisfied with the company products and services.
    • Developing and building good working relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
    • Keeping up to date with our products and services to make good recommendations based on customer's needs.

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
    • Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
    • Knowledge of international mobility or related industries is a plus
