- Accurately recording details of customers purpose orders
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers are satisfied with the company products and services.
- Developing and building good working relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keeping up to date with our products and services to make good recommendations based on customer's needs.
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About the role
