Engineering Maintenance Lead is the PM systems owner for the complete Aspall site. You will be responsible for eliminating breakdown related losses and optimizing maintenance efficiency. The

Engineering Maintenance Lead is responsible for building capability within the Aspall team to deliver overall line/equipment results supporting the Compelling Business Need

Duties may include:

Own PM systems for the site, focusing on Breakdown Elimination, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling PDMS's.
Support development and lead losselimination plans.
Drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned Downtime, and own: CMMS data accuracy for the packaging lines; PM Strategy for each individual asset that makes up the site; Breakdown reduction; Key PM Metrics: PM Completion %, A/P Material and Labour, Backlog, Schedule Compliance; R&M costs and budget development and management for the site's production equipment.
Serve as a technical coach and resource for the line team and actively participate in Line DDS meetings and execution of the daily plan.
The

successful

Engineering Maintenance Lead will ideally have experience within a similar role and FM or Engineering qualifications including time served. Ideally you will have HNC / Level 4 Engineering / Facilities Management as well as a qualification in Health and Safety NEBOSH / IOSH general certificate. You will have In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation FM or Engineering contractor management with underpinning knowledge and experience in FMCG industry. Budget management experience is also required. The

Engineering Maintenance Lead will understand operational plans and how they meet the goals of UK Supply Chain. You will also require knowledge of Operations, detailed equipment knowledge, Finance and Procurement processes, EH&S systems and controls, Project Management, Human Resources and Learning and Development.
