Your New Job Title:
Mandarin speaking IT Reporting Analyst

The Skills You'll Need:
Excellent level of Mandarin and fluent English; solid experience in IT Reporting / Consulting / Project Management / Analyst / Strategy in the UK

Your New Salary:
£50-80k depending on experience

Location:
Central London

Job status:1 Year Fixed-Term Contract, with possibility to transfer to Permanent

Report to:
General Manager of IT

Summary:

You will gain an understanding of the IT strategy, which is current project portfolio and management reporting needs.

You will link these requirements to produce professional and timely reports to meet the expectations of both the IT Leadership team andsenior Chinese stakeholders.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

Work with Senior IT leaders to identify and document the IT strategy
Work across Global IT initiatives and digital transformation projects to track projects against milestones and this strategy
Assist Project and workstream managers in their reporting activities
Produce management reports in both English and Chinese formats

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
University Degree or above
History of producing high quality reports to meet the expectations of senior leadership teams
Worked in a complex project portfolio environment
History of producing excellent presentation capabilities
A Good understanding of current and upcoming IT and digital technologies
Energy trading or IT consulting background is highly preferred
Demonstrable experience of producing high quality presentations and reports
Experience in dealing with senior leadership teams
Ability to work under pressure
Good team worker
