The Botree luxury hotel have an exciting opportunity available for a Guest Relations Manager to deliver conscious luxury to our discerning guests.

Our Guest Relations Manager ensures standards of operation are always adhered to and service expectations are exceeded.

T hrough the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality o ur Guest Relations Manager creates and delivers incredible guest experiences.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Working with the Front of House Manager to develop departmental standards.
Plan, direct and coordinate the delivery of Guest Experience activities.

Display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within the department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner following hotel standards.

Ensure a conscious luxury service is delivered from the Guest Relation Team.
What we would likeour Guest relations Manager to bring:
Demonstrable experience of leading and motivating a team.
Previous, relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
Senior lead experience of Guest Experience functions; VIP handling, guest journey communication.
