The opportunity

This role is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a highly regarded national firm, work with a high calibre client base from the outset, working closely with our nationally renowned Education team, which is ranked Tier 1 who receive outstanding recognition of their work from clients which is endorsed by

In addition to the Education work, there will also be opportunity to get involved in other non-contentious construction matters from our other sectors as well (the Charity and Business Sectors in particular).

Key Responsibilities**General duties include, but not limited to:

Effectively manage an individual caseload, and delegate to and provide supervision to more junior members of the team as required.
Foster relationships with existing and new clients. Ensure that all clients receive an excellent service.
Work in a collegiate and collaborative way within an immediate Team and wider Firm environment.
To carry out your work for both colleagues and clients to the highest possible standard, having regard to the Firm's standards, procedures and Core Values.
Work with the Business Development & Marketing Team in order to develop the Firm's reputation and client base.

Ongoing learning is something that will continue in your career at Stone King; we aim to be leaders in our chosen fields, often providing workshops and seminars not only for our people but also for external clients on key areas of law.

Requirements:

Specialist qualifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution, particularly arbitration and adjudication, and membership of the charted institute of Arbitrators would be advantageous.
A strong commitment to career development and further learning.

Reporting
The post-holder will report to the Partner in the Construction team.
