Would you enjoy working on a possible 3-month contract as a Facilities Manager, overseeing a full office move from Weybridge to London?
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:As a FacilitiesManager you will**:
- Coordinate elements of the move from Weybridge to London in conjunction with the project team
- Work with existing suppliers to coordinate elements of the move
- Employee auction coordination
- Oversee furniture destruction
- Prepare communications
- Be a central point of contact for the office move with external providers
- Administrative & coordination tasks associated with the office move
WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU:
- Comprehensive knowledge of building-relevant legislation and building regulations as well as a good understanding of all technical issues relating to real estate
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with a variety of professionals.
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and goalorientated thinking
- Understanding of IT related items
- Experienced handling of the common and necessary IT software (MS office)
- Excellent communication skills paired with high social skills
- Service orientated (proactive rather than reactive)
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:
Our client is offering up to £24.00 per hour
