Team Leader / Food Packer

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of their Kingswinford based client who require a line leader to work at a food packaging premises on a temp to perm basis.

The line leader will be responsible for the overall performance of their team as well as being expected to work as part of the line when required.

The line leader will need to motivate their team, track production targets, and fill out relevant food safety paperwork.

The successful candidate will have people leadership skills and come from a production / packaging or assembly environment, a background in food production or packaging would be advantageous but not essential.

Hours of work:
06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 rotating on a weekly basis


Pay :
£12.64
