    Accounts Assistant Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a leading client based in Armagh who require an Accounts Assistant on a full time permanent basis.

    Your new role as an Accounts Assistant Processing information onto Purchase Ledger in a detailed nominal structure Sales Ledger invoices and payments New suppliers credit account applications Online Banking payments - all ledgers and follow through to SAGE Liaising with Suppliers reference any queries Completion of Bank Reconciliations Coding of purchase invoices to a detailed nominal ledger Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to supplier accounts Contract growers batch performance calculations Processing of expenses claims for employees Manage both Sales and Purchase ledgers in Sage What you'll need to succeed as Accounts Assistant Previous experience in a financial environment - accounts payable/receivable, credit control, financial administration Good Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook Good IT Skills Ability to work as part of a team Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines Good customer/supplier service skills, and confident telephone Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel What we hope you do next: For more information on the above role please contact Mary Quinn on or apply via the link By applying for this role, you accept the terms of processing, please find our privacy policy on our website Skills: Accounts Assistant Accounts Purchase Ledger
