Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Vision: Dive deep into projects, extending beyond the initial brief to imbue each space with your aesthetic sensibilities. Work closely with the design team and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.
• Proposal Development: Utilize your comprehensive understanding of the UK market and leverage your network of suppliers and manufacturers to develop compelling and innovative proposals that align with project objectives.
• Curation: Curate a captivating selection of both new and vintage items, ensuring that each piece contributes to the overall ambiance and design narrative of the space.
• Custom Designs: Design and meticulously detail custom pieces tailored to the specific requirements of each project, infusing them with creativity and functionality.
• Supplier Coordination: Collaborate closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and purchasing agents to facilitate the procurement process, ensuring seamless delivery of FF&E items within established budgets and timelines.

• Project Management: Efficiently coordinate the delivery of FF&E packages, managing schedules, budgets, logistics, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Presentation Excellence : Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills, effectively communicating your design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: Create detailed FF&E CAD layouts, utilizing your software skills to visualize and refine design concepts.
• EstiMac Proficiency: Possess proficiency in EstiMac or similar, leveraging this software to accurately estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively.
