A busy and expanding firm are searching for a residential property solicitor/licensed conveyancer/legal executive to join their team in Reading or Henley.

The firm holds both the Lexcel Practice Management and the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality ManagementScheme accreditations, evidencing a particularly high level of service.

The residential property department is one of the largest in the area and the firm currently has three offices with a view to expand.

This means that this is a particularly promising opportunityfor progression.

The role will see you acting as principal case handler for all transactions allocated to you whilst advising clients on a broad spectrum of residential property matters and dealing with property transactions.

The firm's residential propertydepartment is particularly busy, meaning you will constantly have an interesting variety of work from a varied client base.

To be successful, you will:

Ideally have at least three years of post qualified experience in residential property (however, lessexperienced candidates are also invited to apply).
Have sound technical knowledge and experience dealing with a complex and varied caseload of residential property.
Be enthusiastic to be part of a team and have strong organisational skills.
Have excellentinterpersonal skills, be ambitious and have a desire for responsibility.
