Cover Supervisor
Are you an experienced educator looking for a role focussing on delivery, no planning or makring and allows you mobility to move around multiple schools in the local area?

Tradewind work with multiple Primary School in High Wycombe who are always in need and seeking a dynamic and experienced cover supervisor to join their staff on an immediate basis.

The responsibilities of the cover supervisor include:

Managing classrooms and ensuring that students are engaged in their learning while their regular teacher is absent
Providing support to students and teachers in the classroom
Working closely with the school's leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the school
Experience working in a primary school setting
Passion for education
Excellent classroom management skills
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and students
Immediate availability for the role
Hold a degree in education or related field is a plus
QTS is desirable

The position pays £ per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
