The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.

What You'll Do:
IMG Studios is a premier production centre with state-of-the art studios, post-production and live operations facilities.

It houses 4 HD broadcast television studios, 9 production galleries, 3 dubbing suites, 50 edit destinations, 3 radio studios, an award-winning 3D Graphics & Visual Effects team, and one of the largest data centres built specifically for digital media and broadcast in recent times.

The Master Control Room includes 5 transmission suites and monitors over 200 HD lines in & out of the building.

With its own satellite farm and direct links to many of the leading sports stadia in the UK, IMG Studios is at the centre of sports and entertainment production and distribution.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Live Operations Supervisor to join our IMG Studios business.

You will ensure the smooth running of all operations within the MCR based out of Stockley Park office and provide support to all operational staff associated with Live Operations.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Ensure the smooth running of all operations within MCR.
Coordinate all Live Operations within IMG Studios
Supervise a team of MCR engineers and allocate duties to ensure most effective use of skills and resources.
Quality control of content and appropriate reporting of issues
Provide support to all operational staff associated with Live Operations
Ensure resources available are sufficient for all foreseeable commitments.
Be able to rapidly respond to technical issues and provide immediate effective solutions.
Provide advice and be a technical point of contact for Live Productions whilst ensuring cost effective solutions are available.
Fully understand the capabilities of the equipment used in MCR.
Ensure MCR operations blend seamlessly with the workflows and technical requirements of IMG Studios.
You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

Thorough understanding of broadcast specifications
Thorough understanding of Gallery equipment including EVS/IPD
Good understanding of TV technical and production techniques
Able to work calmly and methodically under intense pressure.
Good organization and communication skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Good interpersonal skills

Note:

Position is shift based, which can include evening and weekend work (with notice).
