My Financial Services client is recruiting for an experienced Head of Customer Services.Responsible for managing a team of customer services agents in a busy contact centre environment. Coaching, mentoring and upskilling the team to ensure they provide the best customer service to clients. Reviewing current processes to ensure they are efficientand where necessary, implementing new ways of doing things. Building relationships around the organisation.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based in the office, located in the Thames Valley area.
