    Regional Manager (Care Home)

    Rose Care Group is a leading provider of exceptional residential care services, committed to delivering compassionate and high-quality care to residents across Devon & Somerset. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to join our dynamic management team.

    As a Regional Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial and operations success of each of our care homes within South Devon. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager, Quality Assurance professional or an existing Area Manager to step into a leadership position and make a significant impact on the care provided.

    If the above has gotten your attention below is what your first 3 months will look like at the Rose Care Group, you will:

    Review of Occupancy Trends:

    · You will be responsible for learning the existing processes we apply that make RCG a sought after care group in which to reside

    · You will then be in charge of carrying out our occupancy improvement programmes, since we are always improving our service offering to families and residents

    · Present findings and suggestions to senior management.

    Staffing Practice Review:

    · Write a report confirming your understanding of the current procedures to consolidate your understanding of our systems and how we ensure our staff remain skilful, caring and knowledgeable

    · You would then be tasked with actioning the current improvement plans in-place to further enhance our staff management metrics

    Manager Development Programme:

    · As an AM, you would be in charge of training your managers, so you would first have to develop a detailed understanding of how our systems and procedures work

    · After you have done this, you will work with each of your managers to develop a professional development programme to help them address their own development goals and unlock the potential of individual managers within your portfolio

    Compliance:

    · All our services are compliant and maintain on-going, live-updated service improvement programmes

    · You will be responsible for understanding the existing plans and ensuring they are actioned in-line with RCG policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    · We are looking for candidates with a minimum 3 years running a "good" rated care home, QA or area management experience preferably in elderly care or for those with health needs.

    · Demonstrable ability to problem solve and organise teams and willingness to learn Rose Care Group's working methods.
