Proven HR experience within a senior roleProfessionally qualified - ideally CIPD or similarUp to date with statutory employment lawsHas excellent customer focus and proactive approachKnows how to communicate effectively depending on the audience and build key stakeholder relationshipsHas the ability to multi task, work accurately and efficientlyAbility to plan and organise own workload Can work flexibly and is easily adaptable to changeAbility to work under pressureExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packagesExceptional attention to detailEnsure confidentiality is maintained at all times and in line with GDPR regulationsAbility to manipulate and analyse data would be an advantageous
