We currently have an opportunity for an Assets and Planned Maintenance Surveyor who will help us achieve our ambition.


You will be joining the St Mungo's Assets and Compliance team during an exciting period of growth and development; the team manage and maintain our supported housing and self-contained accommodation.

In the role of Assets and Planned Maintenance Surveyoryou will:


  • Support the delivery of our planned reinvestment and cyclical programmes along with other major asset projects including Onboarding new buildings and refurbishing new assets and dilapidations.
  • Build strong relationships with our internal and external clients to deliver a high quality, customer focused service and with our supply chain partners to deliver on time and to budget whilst achieving quality work and value for money.

About you


We are looking for a skilled Surveyor and Project Manager with experience of managing the delivery of planned reinvestment and maintenance programmes and overseeing major works projects.


  • You will have proven ability to deliver robust contract management that delivers on time and to budget, you will be able to demonstrate your experience of largescale budget management and valuations.
  • Experience working in the social housing sector is beneficial bot not essential, if you can demonstrate your success in scoping out and delivering major work programmes and managing partner contractors.
  • Above all else you'll be a solution focussed collaborator who is excited about improving our buildings to give our clients safe and comfortable places to live.
