The role
The role of UK Head of Marketing: Fuel is really important to us. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing plan to drive growth of our Fuel Solutions offers,

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe EuroCard office for the days you are in the office. You'll report into our Group Marketing Director.


Key Role Responsibilities

  • Develop a marketing strategy for and build awareness of the Radius Fuel Solutions (UK) brand and the portfolio of offers, services and products that sit within the Fuel portfolio
  • Design, Build and Execution and ownership of the annual marketing plan including being intimately close with the sales function to ensure success
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to create, implement and measure tactical marketing activity across our businesses (both proactively driven by you and reactive / ad hoc activities).
  • Work closely with the Radius Communications and Digital departments to deliver marketing material

Group Marketing Director:

Mobility to develop and embed:

  • Clear, unambiguous Customer Value Proposition
  • Innovation and NPD process and ongoing programme
  • Robust approach to Customer Insights, Market Intel and Competitor Intel
  • Undertake strategic portfolio review of existing offers + products and work closely with key stakeholders to make a recommendation of the portfolio for the next 1824 months
  • Implement, manage and report on ROI of all marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate clear ownership for sales support/best practise around the current and developing CRM (SalesForce). Ensure that engaging salesenablement materials and collateral is regularly developed and supplied to Sales and Customer Service teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build an effective network across all Fuel (+ mobility) marketing management in the Group, starting with our European operations (GER, NL, BEL, FRA, ITA, ESP, POR) to ensure the distribution of best practices across our business.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of team members to enrich the Radius Marketing Talent Pipeline and contribute to succession plans.

What do we expect of you?

  • Held management positions within fastpaced B2B or largescale B2C industry / category
  • Useful to have knowledge (but not essential) of B2B commercial vehicle operations
  • Familiarity and experience of:
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM
  • Data analytics (with Excel or similar)
  • Competent user of all MS office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong and clear communicator at all levels of a business
  • Comfortable with stakeholder influencing at all levels of a business
