This major US law firm law firm now seeks a junior/mid-level antitrust associate to handle UK/EU antitrust, cartel and merger control work, as well as a wide range of other UK/EU competition work.
The 8 lawyer group is looking for a talented individual with 2-4 years' relevant UK PQE in the London market.
It is essential you have London market experience from a renowned competition team and the majority of your experience should be non-contentious including experience in merger control (UK and EU) and foreign investment matters, including multi-jurisdictional filing processes.
You should have experience of merger control approvals before both the European Commission and the UK CMA. The client base will include financial institutions, PE/funds, tech/digital and energy companies. This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to carve out a lucrative, high calibre career. You will need excellent academics, a first class law firm background and perfect written and spoken English.
