- Providing secretarial and administrative support for other fee earners
- Performing typing, filing, and archiving tasks
- Covering reception duties when necessary, which includes answering telephone calls
- Completing all necessary documentation for clients
- Handling photocopying and compiling of documents
- Managing a well-organized filing and diary system for assigned fee-earners
- Keeping the workstation and work area tidy at all times
- Procuring stationery and postage stamps as needed
- Performing other relevant duties as required
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, specifically in Plaintiff litigation and Family Law
- Strong abilities in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work tasks
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in work
- Proficient in audio typing
- Capable of working effectively as part of a team
- Experience in conveyancing, family, and criminal law is essential
