Nixon McQuade is delighted to be working with a well-renowned company based in Armagh to find a talented Credit Control Team Lead to join their finance team.

Our client is seeking an experienced Credit Control Team Lead to oversee their credit management operations and lead a team of credit control professionals.

As the Credit Control Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of credit control specialists to ensure timely collections, minimise credit risk exposure, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Lead and mentor a team of credit control professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures to optimise collections and minimise bad debt.
Monitor and analyse credit risk exposure and recommend strategies to mitigate risk.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to resolve customer disputes and address payment issues.
Provide regular reports and analysis on credit performance to management.
Previous experience in credit control or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
