£35,980 - £42,330.00 depending on Skills & Experience

Working as a Surveyor, you can be sure that no two days will ever be the same. This is a high paced role which requires quick thinking and exceptional organisational skills.


What you will get to work on:

  • Undertake surveys for Customer driven and planned work to provide an exceptional end-to-end customer experience
  • Arrange access and appointments, survey and work execution
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Customer and respond positively to all enquiries
  • Attend customer property at appointed date and time to conduct a site survey and customer consultation
  • Collate information on site on all aspects of work that will affect safety, price and lead time and advise the customer accordingly
  • Ensure that the Customer is completely satisfied with the service they receive from Cadent and leave them with a good, lasting impression
  • Arrange and attend site meetings with Third Party Agencies who may be impacted by the works
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer and Third-Party interactions in the Customer Pack

  • Ability to prioritise workload and support the team to produce results in a timely manner to meet business needs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Solution focused approach
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and champion for identifying improved ways of working
  • Be inquisitive with an interest in developing existing skill set and learning new skills
  • Confident in building and developing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organised and selfmotivated individual
