About the Role

Base Location:
Dundee

Salary:
£30,273 - £35,194 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern:
Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The Resource Controller will have the following responsibilities:

Controls materials and equipment stocks used by Operations Team Managers and their staff based at the Carolina Port storage facility.
Arranges delivery of items direct to site to help support effective time working and improve stock utilisation.
Coordinates inspections associated with Ladders, Harnesses, Lifting Tackle and Portable Instruments.
Coordinates and tests transformer oil in readiness for use by the Operations teams.
Ensures compliance with all H&S legislation and that Facilities Management for warehouse is maintained.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

Knowledge of the range of materials and equipment used within the Transmission Business.
A good understanding of H&S Legislation including but not limited to LOLER/PUWER and COSHH regulations.
You should have experience controlling and managing stock levels and have a good understanding of stock control principles and Supply Chain Management.
This role will be IT driven so a sound knowledge and proven use of all Microsoft Packages is essential.
Suitably trained in use of forklift and telehandler.
