Our client is a global destination and leisure brand based across, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and the United Kingdom.

Having recently re-opened their sites throughout the group it's an exciting time as theywelcome back customers to give the very best in class service.

Due to expansion they are now looking for a Corporate Sales Administrator to join their corporate sales team.

The role will be based out of their amazing Brentford Head Office which is accessible from Gunnersbury tube station on the District Line and Overgroundor via a short walk from Kew Bridge mainline station.

Reporting into the Senior Gifting Partnerships Manager the Corporate Sales Administrator will support the Gifting and Partnerships Team with some duties to the wider Corporate Sales Department with administration,reporting and customer service activities for the brand and partner brands.


Corporate Sales Administrator - Responsibilities

  • Raise all invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner across various accounting platforms and CRM systems
  • Manage and keep updated budget and revenue trackers for all costs and sales.
  • Onboard new suppliers and arrange internal and external signatures for contracts.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of P&Ls and accounting software.
  • Request and chase Purchase Orders from clients.
  • Provide analysis and accurate reporting from excel and other platforms.
  • Assist in creating duplicate events within the events CRM platform.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and feedback reports showing statistics, graphical analysis and photo/video.
  • Manage customer service queries relating to B2B partners such as bulk tickets and gifting.
  • Assist in the management of stock levels for gifting in cinema and online.
  • Manage order fulfilments for B2B ticket partners.
  • Taking notes at meetings, arranging travel and accommodation.

Corporate Sales Administrator - Desired Skills

  • A good selfstarter with an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Energetic, efficient, proactive and very well organised.
  • Previous or current administration experience, ideally with strong Microsoft office & excel skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once with an ability to work with wider teams.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
  • A passion for film would be advantageous although not essential.
  • Skilled in building longlasting relationships both internally and externally.
