    Description

    Templeton and Partners are looking for Senior Project Manager with Telecom experience for our global client. You will be responsible for the project management of key projects within the wide-ranging portfolio of programmes the team are involved in. The team are accountable for delivering high profile programmes and projects both from a technology and overall end to end delivery perspective for the business across the core key product technologies such as TV, Broadband, Mobile and Telephony.

    Location- London, hybrid

    Contract-12 months, inside IR35

    Qualifications and experience:

    • TV, Broadband, Mobile and Telephony background
    • Project Management and associated methods and tools
    • Stakeholder management
    • Budget and cost management
    • Risk and issue management
    • Plan management
    • Vendor and contract management
    • Significant (5+ years) experience of managing projects throughout the delivery lifecycle
    • Working with senior stakeholders on high profile projects
    • Microsoft Office / Teams

    Responsibilities:

    o Develops project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements and budgets.

    o Monitors progress of projects against established timelines and budgets; take corrective action as needed.

    o Coordinates resources across multiple teams in order to ensure successful completion of projects.

    o Manages risks associated with each project; identify potential issues early on and develop mitigation strategies as needed.

    o Establishes communication protocols between stakeholders in order to facilitate collaboration throughout the life cycle of each project.

    o Provides guidance to team members regarding processes, procedures, tools and techniques used during the course of a project's lifecycle.

    o Ensures that all deliverables meet quality standards prior to release into production environment; provide feedback when necessary in order to improve quality levels over time.

    o Tracks performance metrics related to each project; use data collected from these metrics in order to make decisions about future initiatives or changes in process/procedures/tools/techniques etc..

    o Stays abreast of industry trends related to IT Project Management; recommend changes or improvements as needed based on current best practices or emerging technologies/trends etc..
