- Offer technical assistance across various departments.
- Manage spare parts data integrity and supplier relationships.
- Support spare part identification and pricing negotiations with OEMs.
- Maintain database accuracy as per established standards.
- Enhance spare part data by correlating with equipment models.
- Conduct data mining activities and generate insightful reports.
- Provide occasional on-site assistance for biomedical equipment repairs.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety policies.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Technical Support Manager.
- Travel across the UK for operational duties and training sessions as required.
- Provide direct support to the Technical Support team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the ordering system.
- Review parts orders and interventions based on biomedical expertise.
- Collaborate with line managers to process biomedical orders efficiently.
- Innovate and optimize processes to ensure timely responses to information requests and maintain data integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, or Medical Technologies (e.g., Biomedical Engineering).
- Experience in servicing and repairing medical equipment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
