    Role Description:

    • Conduct thorough and detailed valuations of commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, industrial sites, and mixed-use developments.
    • Analyze market data, trends, and comparable sales to determine the value of properties accurately.
    • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on property valuation matters to clients and colleagues as required.
    • Stay abreast of market developments, legislative changes, and industry best practices related to commercial property valuation.

    Requirements:

    • MRICS qualified with a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial property valuation.
    • Strong knowledge of UK property markets, valuation methodologies, and industry regulations.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends effectively.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in valuation assessments and reporting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools used in property valuation.

    Package:

    • Up to £60K + Benefits + Bonus
