    This is a remote position.

    As one of the UK's fastest growing Fintec businesses, is on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to join their energetic sales team
    The client, believes in simplifying and streamlining the mortgage and protection application process for intermediaries.

    The latest cloud-based CRM platform was founded in 2017 with the vision of creating a 'one-stop' hub that revolutionises the way mortgage intermediaries work.

    As the Business Development Manager your role will be responsible for growing new logos amongst the UK mortgage intermediary sector.

    You will be an experienced, and self-motivated individual who is able to work with minimal supervision and who is comfortable working with Marketing, Pre-Sales and delivery teams to identify new opportunities in new accounts, whilst managing the engagement to closure with the customer.

    This role is a key component of Business Partnership and Growth team.

    You will report to the Business Development and Growth Director, but will also be working closely with the Partnership Manager and Managing Director, on initiatives to drive new business revenue.


    This will require interactions across different organisational levels in both technical and business discussions.

    Naturally, you will have the experience and confidence to be able to advise clients in relation to solutions provided by OMS and its business partners.

    We need you to work on the following:

    Being super responsive, passionate and professional, about contacting potential new customers

    Showing and sharing the amazing benefits of the systems, to mortgage intermediary businesses. Articulating the time saving benefits of utilising the CRM, along with its many data service integrations.

    Your communication style will be engaging and you are comfortable communicating with a wide range of personnel in an organisation.

    Your honed presentation and sales approach, will be engaging and lead new business.

    You will be totally familiar with the CRM and confident to demonstrate the many features and benefits.
