About Our Client:
A leading NHS Trust in Central London.
- Admissions and Scheduling Administrator
- NHS
- Ensure that patients and their families are provided with an excellent customer service that is focused on meeting the customer's needs and expectations
- Provide an efficient and effective referral management system
- Coordinate and book services for all outpatients and inpatients
- Accurately book appointments and communicate confirmation to families and consultants
- Produce Admissions lists and other documentation in a timely manner
- To process waiting lists/orders and bed booking forms in a timely manner
- To provide referrers and families with written confirmation letters
The Successful Applicant:
- Admissions and Scheduling Administrator
- NHS
- Previous role in the NHS at band 2 or
- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to communicate well at all levels including visitors, patients and staff
- Excellent administration skills
- Reliable and able to adhear to the Trust values
- Able to work towards team and Trust targets and goals
- Patient Information System user
- High level of confidentiality
What's on Offer:
- NHS
- Fully onsite role, no remote working
- Temporary role for 23 months
- Band 3 £13.61 per hour + £2.12 holiday pay per hour = £15.73 per hour
- Submit weekly timesheets via agency portal
- Central London location
- Role is patient facing
