    What will you be doing?

    Your role as a Bookings Coordinator will be to ensure the surveyors diaries you manage are booked to full capacity.

    You will be following up on client enquiries, providing potential clients with quotations and offering guidance on which survey option would be the most appropriate based on the age / style of the building. Booking Coordinators will be responsible for building a trusted relationship with potential customers and showcasing our services. Full training will be provided for successful candidates.

    What will you be doing?

    Your role as a Bookings Coordinator will be to convert leads into survey bookings and ensure the surveyors diaries you manage, are at full capacity.

    You will be following up on client enquiries and booking forms to provide our quotations and advise on which survey option would be appropriate for the property in question. The key focus of the Bookings Coordinator is to build a trusted relationship with potential customers and showcase our services. You will also be responsible for upselling additional services, where appropriate, and matching appointments in our surveyors' diaries to produce the most cost-effective way of travelling.

    Reporting to the Bookings Manager, you will be a key member of our friendly growing team, responsible for managing our surveyors' diaries Nationwide and contributing to the sales team hitting their targets.
