- Utilizing industry-standard stocktaking procedures and software to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborating with operational teams to identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective measures.
- Generating comprehensive reports to analyze stock levels, trends, and usage patterns.
- Recommending improvements to stock control processes to optimize efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding inventory management and Scottish licencing law.
- Proven experience in wet and dry stocktaking within the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and analysis.
- Proficiency in stocktaking software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to travel to various hotel locations across Scotland (Mon-Thurs) and work remotely on Fridays.
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel, with car allowance included in the salary package.
