    About the role

    As a Account Manager you will act at the main point of contact for key accounts within the scale up team with the aim of developing strong working relationships and increasing revenues.

    You will be expected to provide a high level of skilled account management to effectively grow your account base by developing strategic plans and account mapping to discover whitespace opportunities.

    The role will involve working closely with existing customers and internal departments to cross selling a wide product range over the Node4 group.

    The Account Manager will be focused and targeted on maintaining and growing revenue, achieved by providing excellent customer service and having a consultative approach.

    We need a problem solver who loves dealing with people and can who find solutions to issues to both the internal and external business.

    Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.

    The Account Manager should fully understand the Node4 proposition supported by sufficient product knowledge to ensure they can develop relationships and qualify opportunities before engaging technical resource.

    What will you bring?

    • Proven work experience in a similar or relevant sales role
    • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
    • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
    • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
    • High degree of professionalism
    • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • The ability to adapt to a fast paced, high growth changing technology company.
