Due to growth,One Broker (part of the Jensten Group) are pleased to be recruiting an additional Account Handler to join our existing Commercial team in Cambridge.

While we would love to hear from candidates with Commercial Insurance backgrounds, this could also be the perfect opportunity for candidates with Personal Lines insurance experience, looking to progress as a Commercial Account Handler.

Initially working full time in the office, a blend of office and home working will be available in line with the company smart working Policy on completion of probation.

Provide administration support for Account Executives as and when required in obtaining new business quotations and arranging cover - checking new policy documentation for accuracy and forwarding to clients or liaising with insurers
Referring to relevant Account Executives, Broking Technicians / Account Handlers and Directors over any technical queries
Negotiating and inviting renewal of allocated client's policies
Ensuring all Client records reflect the current risk on cover at all-time including accuracy of sums insured, perils, excesses, extensions and exclusions
Attain cross sell / up-sell on policies
Liaising with Claims dept over claims queries / reports
Actioning meeting minutes from Account Executives, updating the system accordingly
As a Commercial Account Handler you will need to have insurance experience and top customer service skills. Either Commercial Account Handling experience orInsurance experience with a desire to progress into Commercial AccountHandling
