Offering comprehensive administrative support to members of the senior team Managing diaries and scheduling appointmentsPreparing reports and correspondenceOrganise & attend meetings.
Take comprehensive notes.Ensuring efficient and effective communication between the team and stakeholdersMaintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when requiredCoordinate travel.
ProfileA successful Hybrid Personal Assistant should have:
