Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider who have grown substantially over the last few years.

As a result, they are seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to work in the Operations team and be based on Reception, howeverthis is not purely a Reception role as there is a lot of administration support in addition.

£20,500 per annum. The working day is 7.5 hours on a rota system between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, office based.


Duties:


  • Ensure that all Medical records received and sent from the building are logged and delivered to the correct place and securely stored at all other times
  • To ensure that visitors are dealt with courteously and professionally at all times
  • All recorded/special delivery mail is opened and sorted
  • Outgoing recorded/special delivery post is logged
  • Scanning general correspondence
  • All post receives the correct postage and is franked in preparation for collection
  • Parcels, when and where necessary, are collected from the post office
  • All adhoc deliveries are received, signed for and then the addressee notified of its arrival
  • Reception is covered at all times during Office Hours
  • Adhoc assistance with setting up new cases
