Zenith People are representing our client who due to significant growth are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician into their team on a permanent basis.

**The Main Purpose of the Role: - **To ensure equipment is set up ready for shift start, Product Change, performs at required output and ensure lines are shut down correctly
KPI's to be reviewed every shift to maintain focus on delivery and cost.
Consistent reporting of all activities including breakdown repair
Carry out RCAs for repetitive breakdowns or large losses to OEE
Target the completion of 100% of PM's, using forward thinking to get maintenance done whenever possible.
Understanding of health & safety and food hygiene rules and regulations.
To assist in initiatives and proactive working to keep site waste below 3%
To provide an engineering function that can deliver 85% OEE on site.

**The Person we are looking for: - **Ability to communicate to others in department and cross departments.
Basic writing/ literacy PC skill
Conscientious, with attention to detail
Organisational skills
Strong Technical aptitude
Strong multi-discipline engineer
A relevant Mechanical/electrical trade qualification or diploma


Shift Pattern as follows:

  • It's 3 on/3 off
Days (6am-6pm)

Nights (6pm-6am)

8 days break every 4 weeks as part of the rotation.

Overtime rate paid for all hours worked above standard
