Customer Service Executive

Location:
Bournemouth Town Centre


Pay Rate:
up to £24,000 per annum


Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours)


Accessible via public transport

Duties:


  • Reaching out to customers who are coming to the end of their contract, being proactive and upgrading or offering an extension
  • Dealing with customers and discussing reasons for wanting to leave their contract
  • Resolving any issues to retain customers
  • Processing customers through the offboarding process if requested
  • Ensuring the system is updated and all information is uploaded correctly
  • Providing solutions to customers where appropriate to retain them as a customer
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is always key

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work within a busy environment
  • Be open, honest and caring
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • The ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail
