Customer Service Executive
Location:
Bournemouth Town Centre
Pay Rate:
up to £24,000 per annum
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours)
Accessible via public transport
Duties:
- Reaching out to customers who are coming to the end of their contract, being proactive and upgrading or offering an extension
- Dealing with customers and discussing reasons for wanting to leave their contract
- Resolving any issues to retain customers
- Processing customers through the offboarding process if requested
- Ensuring the system is updated and all information is uploaded correctly
- Providing solutions to customers where appropriate to retain them as a customer
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is always key
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work within a busy environment
- Be open, honest and caring
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- The ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
