  • What will this role achieve?
The Advanced Team Member role is responsible for operating the machinery and carrying out basic maintenance tasks.

Working as part of a Team, throughout the whole of the production environment, you will identify equipment faults and build key skills in critical parts of the process.

You will monitor and report on our performance across the shift, prioritise what needs to be done to ensure we meet our production targets, and co-ordinate activities on the line.

You will also be involved in enhancing plant performance and contributing to the continuous improvement process.

You will maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping and ensure that we adhere to our cleaning schedules and carry out all necessary quality checks.

You will also report and record data, carry out inspections and Quality Control checks.

What will be your key deliverables?- Ensure completion of weekly PPM's. Support and drive Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings. Good understanding of good manufacturing practice, HACCP systems and Health & Safety in the workplace Maintain health and safety standards - no accidents Compliance to production plan - no customer shortages Audit ready at all the time - compliance to GMP standard Work closely with the Engineering Department To be involved in route cause analysis and promoting CI activities.
Bring your experience

  • EssentialYou must have good verbal and numerical skills, basic PC skills, have a knack for solving problems and be a committed team player.
  • You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well in a team, have great fault finding and problem solving skills along with a real flair for working with equipment. You will have a track record of improving Quality and Efficiency, be good at working with your hands and have a great eye for detail.
  • Technically minded, hands on and can make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Basic mechanical comprehensionDesirable


Handling food and operating equipment such as mixers, ovens and high speed wrapping machines in a quality focused and performance driven factory environment.

Shift Pattern

Working Pattern/Shift: 2 week rolling rota, Week 1: Monday - Friday - 6am-14:05.
