- Lead technology input into Business Process Automation projects, conducting proof of concepts, and overseeing end-to-end implementations
- Effectively collaborate in end-to-end business process review meetings/workshops to generate awareness of technology capabilities and identifying solutions to documented process pain points
- Deliver successful implementation of technology solutions and ensure they are implemented to support improved business processes.
- Promote and drive adoption of emerging automation technologies across the enterprise.
- Build strong business stakeholders' relationships across business areas to identify and agree areas of opportunity, pipeline and project prioritisation.
- Proven experience in BPM technologies such as Pega, Appian, BonitaSoft and Bizagi.
- Proven experience in RPA solutions, with a focus on ServiceNow preferrable
- Proven track record in growing Low-Code/No-code capabilities within a team, fostering skill development.
- Experience in developing and implementing methodologies for business process development and business process mapping.
- A strategic mindset to align business process development initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Understanding of change management best practices

Role purpose
We have a great opportunity to lead process-based automation development within PIC, using existing Business Process Management, Low Code, No code and in the longer term, RPA technologies available to PIC.
This is a new role where you will be the IT lead, working closely with the Business Process Management team, to deliver "process-first" technology improvements. They will help build this central capability within PIC.
