SF Recruitment are supporting a leading Software business in recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis in Birmingham City Centre.
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday.Hourly rate:
£12 per hour.
The Role:
- As the Customer Support / Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support.
- Inbound & outbound handling call enquiries.
- Order processing.
- Internal daily administrative tasks.
- Internal reporting.
- Excellent Telephone Manners, Communication & I.T Skills.
- Experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role.
- Attention to detail.
