Job Description 8 Months Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover) from 2nd April 2024**As a TA Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding specialised skills into Informa.

This role is primarily focused on recruiting for finance, tax, HR, operations and admin roles in our Colchester shared services centre, including:


  • Accountants (Financial, Management and Tax)
  • Finance Managers
  • P2P Managers/Specialists
  • O2C Credit Control Specialists / Cash Applications Specialists
  • HR Operations
  • Customer Operations
  • Key Responsibilities:_

End-to
  • End Recruitment:
Oversee the entire recruitment process for corporate services roles, predominately located in Informa's Colchester office.

Talent Pool Development:

Work with hiring managers and business leaders to identify key talent profiles, then build and cultivate engaged internal and external talent pools in Smart Recruiters, Informa's ATS and CRM.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide a world-class partnership experience and align recruitment efforts with Informa's goals.

DEI Focus:

Advocating for best practices and proactively steering processes to minimize bias in the recruitment process and bring balance to shortlists.

Project Participation:

Actively contribute to TA projects of interest. Current initiatives include internal mobility, sourcing, employer brand, DE&I, dashboards and operational excellence.


Qualifications

What we're looking for:
-
Specialist Recruitment Expertise:

Proven track record in recruiting for finance, accountancy and tax roles, or similar, is preferred.
-
LinkedIn Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of the platform and experience in leveraging LinkedIn to successfully manage/deliver recruitment projects.

Technology Skills:

Comfortable using an ATS to manage the recruitment process.

Time Management:

Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to manage competing and changing priorities comfortably.

Data Integrity:

Data-driven with an understanding of the importance of maintaining data integrity in Talent Acquisition. Passionate about using data to influence and drive change.
