- Coordinating and supporting nursing and educational teams at an assigned school

Job Overview
We are looking for a Special Schools Nurse who aligns with our mission to deliver exceptional care and service to our patients consistently. The role involves assessing, delivering, and coordinating nursing care for children with special needs and complex health issues in designated schools in Hertfordshire. Joining a team of nurses and clinical support workers, you will work across 4 special schools in the area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and proactive nurse with experience in supporting children with special needs and disabilities.
